Crobox is looking for an entry-level or junior Customer Success Specialist to support our customer success team. Together, we can grow our customers and formalize our product. You’ll be the link to facilitate this.
Who is Crobox?
Crobox is a Product Discovery Platform that matches customers to the products they seek. Our technology leverages tools like guided selling and dynamic messaging to reduce customer journey friction. With a background in behavioral psychology, machine learning, and AI, we are eCommerce experts with a finger on the pulse of retail trends.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and working together with them as a trusted advisor to develop solutions to their business needs
- Implement and train new customers towards stabilization and self sufficiency
- Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely manner, and by acting as the "voice-of-the-customer" to the Product team
- Is a Crobox App expert; able to quickly problem solve and identify user errors or product issues (and report issues accordingly)
- Monitoring App usage, ensuring customers are receiving the maximum value out of Crobox and identifying customer health status issues
- Helping the customer and product teams to improve customer self-sufficiency by contributing to product documentation
What you need to be a Crobox Customer Success Specialist:
- Located in or around Amsterdam
- You want to explore a technical Customer Success role
- Background in IT preferred
- Customer Success experience preferred
- Ideally some experience and/or interest in eCommerce
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor degree required
- Technologically savvy
- Great at explaining difficult concepts to non-technical people
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Natural team player
- Ability to grasp problems and solutions quickly
